Double Peer Blind Review is used to implement a peer-review process. All articles sent to Jurnal Mandiri: Ilmu Pengetahuan, Seni, dan Teknologi will be corrected by one until some reviewers. The review will be considered by Editor to choose the articles whether it accepted, accepted with minor/major revision, or rejected. An article will be rejected with several conditions; first, the article does not develop and apply science;  second, the article's writing is inadequate as a scientific paper; third, the research method is fundamental errors; fourth, the author refuses to correct the suggestion from the reviewer without a logical basis.
